How to Apply
Application for Admission
Thank you for inquiring about admission into Windsor Academy. We are happy that you are considering our school for the advancement of your child’s education. Please take some time to review the Admissions Application Packet and feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the process.
Admission Testing
All new 5th-12th grade applicants to Windsor Academy must take an Admission Test. For grades 1st-4th, Admission Test will be administered when requested. For 1st Grade, the Admission Test is an Oral basic skills test and lasts about 20 minutes. Grades 2-12 The Admission Test is the Otis Lennon School Ability Test and lasts approximately one hour. Scheduling the Admission Test will occur after the application and the testing fee have been received. Admission Testing Fee is $50.
Student Records
Windsor Academy requires grades and discipline transcripts from all prior schools attended. Windsor Academy will make the request from previous schools after the application for admission is received.
Required Documentation
Please submit the following documents along with the Application for Admission:
- Ear, Eye, Dental Certificate (Form 3300)
- Immunization Form (Form 3231)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
